Earlier Dell, Viewsonic, Archos, Toshiba introduced android tablets, Now Samsung Released New Android 2.2  Tablet named as "Samsung Galaxy Tab", Samsung Model number is P1000 Galaxy tab, It is portable size 7 in screen than Apple ipad.  It is running in Android 2.2 version that called Froyo OS also you called this device as Mobile Phone because this tablet weight is 380g only.
